Bismark Osei, the author of this book, is an economist lecturer and currently PhD candidate at the university of Ghana (department of economics). He obtained his first degree in economics (BA Economics) and second degree in economics (MPhil Economics) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He also has 8 certificates courses from; Yale university, university of California, university of Florida, university of Geneva and university of Tokyo. He is united in wedlock with Diana Cobbinah Osei with two children (Mishkin and Stieglitz).
